Where did you grow up?

I grew up in a small town called Leachville in Northeast Arkansas.

Where did you go to school?

I went to school in Monette and Leachville Arkansas. I graduated in 2008 from BIC.

Brag about your family.

My family is the best.  My husband and I have two kiddos that are 9 & 11.  We have a dog named, Titus and a cat named Ruby (a puppy coming soon named Tillie Jade).  My husband installs flooring out of Memphis TN.

What do you do for fun?

Our family loves to hit the road with the Jeep and go on trails.

What was your first job?

I was a farmhand where I laid Poly Pipe at the age of 16.

What is your dream job?

I have always wanted to be a massage therapist.

What is something very few people know about you?

I played softball and basketball for many years. We almost won the State Championships. I even won 1st place at district for FBLA.

What quote/motto do you live by?

The biggest risk is not taking any risk.

Tell us your Optus story.  When did you start and what position?  Have you moved positions/jobs?

I started in mid to late July as a Sat Rep.  My main objective at the time was to do all the follow-ups and ensure technicians were going to the site and getting there on time.

Service Coordinator

Service Organizer

Describe your day-to-day job.

Coordination of services refers to the centralized process by which multiple services and supports, often provided by multiple agencies, are synchronized to address needs and strengths.

What is one thing that Optus does better than any other employer you have had in the past?

I have worked for large companies in the past.  Optus has been one of the most stress-free jobs I have had.

Tell us about one learning or growth opportunity you have had while working at Optus.

Being a Service Coordinator I learn something new every day. 

What do you like most about working at Optus?

My team of friends (yes, they are friends) and getting to wear jeans to work.

I have received several Simple Thank You’s. Here are a few examples
