Optus Appoints Ryan McIntosh as Chief Revenue Officer
to Accelerate National Growth

Sales Leader Joins National Technology Advisory and IT Services Firm

 

Jonesboro, Ark. — Optus, a national technology advisory and IT services firm, announced the appointment of Ryan McIntosh as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, McIntosh will lead Optus’ revenue strategy, overseeing sales execution, go-to-market alignment, and scalable growth initiatives as the company continues to expand its national footprint.

McIntosh brings more than 15 years of experience building and leading high-performing revenue organizations across SaaS, enterprise technology, and services. His career spans early-stage startups through scaled organizations exceeding $100 million in annual recurring revenue, with a track record of launching new markets, driving profitable growth, and turning complexity into repeatable performance.

Most recently, McIntosh served in senior sales and marketing leadership roles within high-growth technology companies, where he built enterprise and mid-market teams, led national customer acquisition efforts, and consistently exceeded revenue targets. Earlier in his career, he gained foundational experience working with both Fortune 500 organizations and early-stage ventures, selling everything from traditional office solutions to complex, software-driven platforms for enterprise clients, including Sherwin-Williams, Lowe’s, and Waste Management.
