What were your responsibilities during your internship?
Design and create marketing emails through Salesforce, populate new products in the eCommerce platform, produce new Employment Brand Statements and design an updated careers page on the Optus website.
What did you learn during the internship?
I learned how to utilize Salesforce, create emails in Pardot, and how to develop ideas and use creativity to increase brand awareness.
Which aspects of your internship did you get the most out of?
One of the most important aspects of the internship was the help from other marketing team members who gave advice from their own personal experiences and suggested steps to take for each project that was assigned to me.
What specific professional benefits did this internship provide?
This internship provided me with more confidence in the marketing area and taught me to use specific tools that broadened my range of learning. The knowledge I have gained has helped me to fully understand the hard work and dedication that needs to be put into each segment.

Yes, Optus is a great place to work because of the family-oriented atmosphere. My fellow colleagues did an awesome job at helping me develop my marketing skills and introduce me to every aspect of what the marketing department at Optus does.
