Arkansas’ Best Places to Work is a well-known designation recognizing the best companies to work for in Arkansas. Recently, Optus was named to the 2015 list and will be attending a luncheon in September to receive this recognition along with other companies who were recognized this year.
One of the biggest contributing factors of this award was an extensive survey given to Optus employees. In addition, a company analysis of employer benefits and policies was taken along with an employer questionnaire.
